We are looking for a talented and driven Inside Sales Rep that thrives in a competitive sales environment. The Inside Sales Rep will support new business development efforts with a strategic outbound sales effort. You must be comfortable making dozens of outbound calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to achieve quotas. This role is ideal for the person who loves to multitask and prefers an ever-changing, challenging, and developing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest based on market trend research.
    Experience in maintaining and activating prospecting lists within Salesforce/HubSpot platforms.
    Develop prospecting approach and cadence via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other methods.
    Identify ways to break through the clutter of mass sales outreaches to get prospects’ attention.
    Nurture relationships over time with prospects to keep them warm until they have a live opportunity.
    Assist with planning and organizing ‘vetting calls’ with engaged prospects.
    Route qualified opportunities to the Biz Dev team for further development and closure.
    Establish specific outreach goals and track progress.
    Partner with Marketing/Biz Dev teams to develop marketing materials for outbound sales efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR, or relevant discipline.
    2-3 years experience in sales or similar role and supporting national sales efforts.
    Advertising agency experience is a plus.
    Proven track record of over-achieving quotas.
    Strong personal and phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
    Experience working with Salesforce/HubSpot/Mailchimp platforms.
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    Strong listening and presentation skills.
    Must be a self-starter comfortable working autonomously.
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
